Meet our Engineering Staff
Ray Jacques

Ray graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering.  He has worked as a field service engineer since graduating.  Prior to founding A.C. Engineering
Company in 1995, Ray worked as an electrical testing engineer, project engineer, and engineering supervisor for
Westinghouse Electric Corporation - Engineering Services Division in Milwaukee.  Ray specializes in the testing,
start-up, and repair of large electrical distribution equipment in both industrial and utility applications.
Bob Lavin

Bob graduated from the University of Illinois in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  
Bob has worked as an engineer in the electrical distribution equipment area both in field testing and engineering
from 1967 to the present.  Prior to founding A.C. Engineering Company in 1995, Bob worked as an electrical testing
engineer, project engineer, engineering supervisor, and manager with Westinghouse Engineering Service in
Milwaukee and Chicago.  Bob specializes in Industrial electrical distribution systems, system studies, and arc flash
studies.  Bob is a member of
IEEE and holds a Professional Engineering License with the State of Wisconsin.
Jason Lemke

Jason graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering.  Jason began work with A. C. Engineering Company while still attending college and has continued to
work as a field service engineer in both field testing and engineering from 2001 until the present.  Jason specializes
in the testing, maintenance, and start-up of electrical distribution equipment and protective relays.  Jason is a
member of
IEEE and a member of the Power Engineering Society.
